Shipping Information
HOT WEATHER TIP: Please protect your order on it’s journey by checking the “Add a Cooler” box when you check out. If the weather is above 70 degrees at the destination point or from our shipping location (Wisconsin), you will need to add a cooler. Generally coolers are required during the months of June through September if your order contains any of our chocolates, nut mixes that contain chocolate or any of our candy items. Western and Southern states may need coolers year round if ordering the above products. If your order contains these products and the temperature is above 70 degrees we will need to reject your order, your credit card will be refunded and we will call you to see if you still wish to place your order using a cooler.
Packages are generally dispatched within 2 days after receipt of payment and are shipped via UPS.
Shipping fees include handling and packing fees. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to total weight of the shipment.
Boxes are amply sized and your items are well-protected.
