Gentle Yoga

Tuesday at 7:00-8:15 p.m. & Friday at 10:30-11:45 a.m

Here we begin from within, focusing on breath, mindfulness and/or meditation. Props are used and personal assistance is offered to support and stabilize in the practice. This allows us to move into each posture with wisdom and awareness. I like to think each time we step onto the mat we return to beginner mind and open to possibilities. Beginners and returning students can find a place of renewal here. This class is excellent for stability, strengthening, lengthening and rekindling connection with body, mind and spirit.

I have been a Certified Yoga Instructor for 9 years and a Certified Meditation Teacher for 6 years. As a teacher the learning never ends, in order to keep students safe and connected to their practice.
