Tax Exempt Certificate
We’ll require your organization’s non-profit tax exempt certificate before we get started.

Start & End Dates
We need to know the start and ending dates of your fundraiser and the date you are expecting to receive the product. *We need a two-week lead time from the time you place your order to the time your order is picked up or delivered. We ship nationwide!
